Exchange/Replace Policy

Hassle-Free Product Replacement

We understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product or service, we offer a convenient replacement option. You can exchange your unused product with any other available item from our extensive range within 4 days of delivery.

Each order is eligible for only one-time exchange; multiple exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted. Replacements can only be made for products currently in stock on our website; out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged for a previously purchased product.

In case you choose a replacement product priced lower than your originally purchased item, the price difference will be issued in the form of store credits only. These store credits can be redeemed on future purchases and are non-refundable.


Important Guidelines

Kindly ensure that the product is unused, returned in its original packaging, and that both the product tag and seal tag are properly intact. The product must be in the same condition as delivered. Any product failing to meet these conditions may be rejected during the quality check.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any replacement request, an opening/unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package being opened

  • The product condition

  • Intact product and seal tags

Replacement requests raised without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.


Comprehensive Manufacturing Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our sneakers. With every purchase, you receive a one-month manufacturing warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.


Transparent Replacement Policy

  • Complimentary/free products (freebies) are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

  • If a discount coupon exceeding 20% of the committed amount was used, the replacement will be chargeable.

  • Replacements for complimentary products, where applicable, will also be chargeable.

This policy helps us maintain transparency and fairness for all customers.


No Refunds, Only Replacements

Please note that we do not offer refunds. All eligible concerns are addressed through replacements or store credits (where applicable).


Wide Pickup Coverage

Our pickup service is available across 9000+ pincodes for your convenience.
If pickup is unavailable at your location, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse in Punjab.
