Exchange/Replace Policy

Hassle-Free Product Replacement:

We understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product or service, we offer a convenient replacement option. You can exchange your unused product with any other available item from our extensive range within 4 days of delivery. Please note that each order is eligible for only one-time exchange; multiple exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted. Replacements can only be made for products currently in stock on our website; any out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged for a previously purchased product.

Important: Kindly ensure that the product is unused, returned in its original packaging, and that both the product tag and seal tag are properly intact. The product must be in the same condition as delivered. Any product failing to meet these conditions may be rejected by our team during the quality check.

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

To process any replacement request, an opening/unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, the product condition, and the intact tags. Replacement requests raised without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

Comprehensive Manufacturing Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our sneakers. With every purchase, you receive a one-month manufacturing warranty, ensuring that your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.

Transparent Replacement Policy:

While we do provide complimentary/free products (freebies) on certain occasions, no exchange or replacement is offered for such free items. Additionally, if you have used a discount coupon exceeding 20% of the committed amount, the replacement for the product will be chargeable. Replacements for complimentary products, where applicable, will also be chargeable. This policy helps us maintain transparency and fairness for all customers.

No Refunds, Only Replacements:

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We make every effort to resolve concerns through replacements wherever applicable.

Wide Pickup Coverage:

Our pickup service is available across 9000+ pincodes for your convenience. However, if we are unable to arrange a pickup from your location, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse in Punjab.
